There does seem to be some delay in equipping stuff, especially if you equip a weapon and shield quickly. Cost me a few deaths thinking you're gonna parry with a shield and you only have a mace out.

If you have a c0ntr0ll3r (Steam, PS4, Xbox) you can use it with Big Picture On Steam.

Trackballs are slow and imprecise which is why they aren't main stream anymore for gaming. They can be practical for some scenarios with limited space that doesn't require precision or speed.

As has been mentioned, use either Adaptive or Fast Vsync, and force your game to use fullscreen exclusive. Also the tweak to config.boot file floating around these forums may also help some.
