shouldnt be any desync on a proper dedicated sever, upload speed per player is very important when playing p2p, you dont want anyone with a bad connection. Most desync is p2p and when 1 or more player..

The game is peer to peer unless you hosted your own dedicated server. If you got one person with a poor connection it will desync on p2p

They're relatively rare. But I've seen up to 4 in a single queen citadel.
