Items dropped while in a ship will sink right through the ship. Thus feeding animals while transporting them is impossible as is transferring items to another player.

If you uncover map in unexplored area, you're already too close to not influence potential world generation updates. It's best to be very conservative with that. But I doubt they are going to add that..

I can only speak for myself and I don´t like the mistlands for a couple of reasons. I won´t quit the game because of this. I´ll still explore it until I have more cores, since I only got two so far..

It´s not an rpg, it´s just a hack and slash survival game with bosses. I don´t understand what the point of "real rpg" stats would be.

There is no story so how can you play a role in it?

I agree, last I looked the strong currents aren't obvious, and with the way water works in valheim it seems you should be able to sail right up to the edge and turn around if you wanted.
