Sucks, but you'll need to find a new Moder, most worlds have 4 spawns minimum.

I mentioned this in another thread, but each Biome is designed to teach (And punish you for not learning) certain mechanics.The Swamp is all about Debuffs and buffs. The swamp is an absolute nightmare..

I brought a lot of wood and slowly pushed my way into the swamp. Building small walk ways and torches so I knew a clear path back to safety.

Technically, you could start in the last biome of the game as there is a pretty weak softwall of low visibility. What's funny is you have low visibility after progressing normally, so it doesn't matte..
