This biome basically stopped me playing normally and pushed me to creative mode (cheats) and the mist be gone mod. And no, it's not about difficulty, it simply sucked the fun out of it.

I have seen/located exactly a single turnip and I'm on Day 1995....they are rare to find, unlike the onion seeds in the Mountain biome, which I found in like the 3rd chest I found...go figure?

Definitely no specific date and they still need to release 3 more biome update here so I mean you are probably looking at 2-3 years at least.

Usually, games come out of early access before getting console release.

Indeed, it is fun and profitable to hunt anything with the staff of embers.

I agree. But don't limit yourself to just hares, hunting anything with the staff is a lot of fun.

Try wiping out a Fuling village next.

My group was also at the point that pure vanilla became too easy. Then we tried lightly modded server (just some better foods and enemies up to 3 stars). It was fun but we had some troubles with tweak..

Pins shouldn't transfer at all in my opinion. If you want someone to know something, just ping it on the map and they can mark it. The functionality is redundant.

It's not practical currently without mods. At most you could set the number of people to scale to, but it's unlikely to be persistent - also any client that is first to load a zone "owns" it..
