Probably not. The biggest thing this dish does for you ... is let you fish better. salad is almost as good a stamina food and can be made in bulk with near 0 effort.

I might have followed the fishing progression out of interest had fish not jumped constantly in my face begging me to eat them. They shouldn't have made the change until it was ready to be worth doing..

I think too that the whole fishing system is way to complex to be worth the effort.

Boat is better than shore. Fishing vs farming, farming is also quite tedious so I guess it's pick your poison.

Your base is collateral damage, trolls wont proactively destroy it more they hit it while trying to hit you. If you hide, they will attack certain structures (workbenches, torhces etc).If you're going..

The raids are there to kill you, not destroy your base. Your base just happens to be between them and you. When a raid starts leave your base, or sit in your base and watch it become materials again.

Dig a ditch around your base, build walls and be sure to build work benches around your base to prevent enemies from spawning in that area.

the second you see the event LEAVE your base and kite them away... put up earth walls 3 or 4 blocks high.. build on an island or dig a trench. You can check YouTube for various tactics..

Shoot them in the face. Stab them in the balls.They're creatures. Kill them.

It's a shame we can't repair those docks, makes them basically worthless.

I took someones advice and released 6 Loxes outside my base.. they have destroyed every tree as far as I can see.. and the mobs are just continuous.. it's annoying.. I'll be looking out and just watch..
