If you want the good cheese, you use small shields and learn to parry. Costs more stamina, but it blocks more, and opens up everything but bosses to crit damage.

Ok so, rested bonus DEFINITELY improves Eitr regen and stacks with the Eitr-Weave set. Not sure what was going on but i was clearly wrong previously.
