it'll be there, bring a stagbreaker to prospect or get lucky

silver will be in the mts, provided they are tall enough. you can go there anytime and find it. you just need an iron pick to mine it.

btw, are the different fishes used for different recipes? other than the fishing bait recipes?thinking of different food recipes for the different fishes.

Yes, that's how they work now, but you can't turn them into raw fish without the cauldron.

Probably steam cloud issue. Or it is the Item Drawer mod. Never heard of it.
