Ikr, I get super hype for some actual new content, but then all it ends up being is a bugfix for crossplay or maypoles or some ♥♥♥♥.

If they’re still working on modelling, this is gonna be a long story. Hope they’ll release Mistlands by the end of the year.

Same. Looks like default_old now points at 0.211.7 which is no good for a modded solo game. We need 0.210.6 until the modders catch up.

Same, it keeps loading the beta regardless of what is picked.

Unfortunately "default_old" is now the version with the first mod breaking patch. I'm gutted I didn't freeze updates for Valheim before seeing the new patch.I really, really love this game b..

I think it's safe to say new content updates will be heralded by a parade of teaser post, images, videos, probably an ARG if there's time. We've gotten some preliminary ones for the mistlands already...

i play exclusively on steam deck and it works great.

They can try validating game files, and of course start on a clean slate by removing all mods.

To the best of my knowledge you cannot. If you launch the game from the Steam icon in your taskbar (under hidden active programs), it will launch the game directly with no popups.
