Just kill it, this pig sounds like it's too much trouble. Also IMHO pig farms are not worth the hassle.

You can drop a work bench and use some stone and the hoe to raise where you are standing enough out of the water that you can use the pick on it without having to swim.

It can take awhile with bronze equipment. A huntsman bow (42 piercing) with fire arrows (11 pierce +22 fire DOT). The abomination has 800 health is 75% resistant to piercing but takes 1.5 times damage..

Takes me about 1 second. Thrust attack with a Blackmetal Sword while it's getting up. One and done.

I kite the tree thing over the flame that shoots out of the ground. If you can parry the attack, they take even more damage. I was trying to ignore one by a flame when I noticed it died really fast.

Fair point. I am choosing the option to quit Valheim. Learning the game is fun, and I don't mind grinding to advance. But grinding for no advantage is not fun. Time to move on to the next game :)
