Sounds like particle generator problems. Things like torches and Frostner that create a bunch of extra particles could be slowing you down. Not sure if Valheim specifically has a setting for particle ..

It sounds like referring to the skeletons. The draugr are remnants of a more organized and ambitious people than what I'd consider "tribes".

Why do you need more people? That just makes it harder and you have to split the loot up more.
