That's actually a pretty neat idea, @Brock. Love it.

The bats are pretty annoying, not really a threat but they break stuff. Would enjoy the addition of something like a big bell you could ring to drive them away. Lots of bronze but well worth it.

Are you using mods? The poisoned visuals should've gone away when you've stopped being poisoned(ie the timer ran down).

To answer your question. Yes there have been changes to comfort level throughout the development of the game

A real list would be helpful. Don't forget the new red rug. New furniture replaces some of the old furniture. IG might consider revamp of the whole comfort concept soon cuz it's getting a bit silly.

It depends on whether you're built for comfort or built for speed.
