Well your not going to be blocking Yagluth so I would take silver sword over crystal axe. If you miss a strike it's gonna be a lot spent stamina where as if you miss with the sword recovery is easier...

Sailing is a good experience, and at times really important, but you'll be doing it like 5% of the time at most.

i think the ocean update will come with or after the mistlands update

It would be worth to report this on Valheim Bugtracker, in case devs wish to work on the synchronization of character and boat prior to save.

Does the pause function help you while sailing in single player? It's done by pressing the Escape key.

Well....2 npc's if you count Halstein. But all he does is sit around & eat from his trough.

I appreciate the intent but it might just get buried faster by the churn in general.

I survived this event fighting with sword and shield several times. Plenty of loot. But it is dangerous indeed. I like it. Make sure not to run out of stamina when they come.

I bought it and regretted that decision. It is a game that has no innovation. Just the usual bag of tricks.

That's why better to start a new world - I've found 3 caves on the nearest mountain in 10 minutes run from the start locationFor other continents just look through the horizon - game renders mountains..

Since fists are weapons too, just leave a shield and try to parry a strong enemy (like troll) - if parry is successfull, then obviously shield matters

Have fun finding 2* boar or wolves. Over 900 hrs and i've never seen a 2* boar, couple of 2* wolves but only whenever i was overwhelmed and seriously out-numbered.
