Like I said, if you are serious about your island base you can spawn proof it in a way that nobody will come. Not the drakes and almost certainly not the bats either.

Yeah i suppose the radius is generous then because with my island base near a large biome i still get these and my island itself has no spawns. I guess i should drop craft tables around the area.
