First, I'd recommend "Official_BepInEx_ConfigurationManager," which will allow you to adjust the configuration of all mods in a menu by pressing F1. Will help a lot as you learn what you do and don't want with certain monds.

I'm partial to AzuCraftyBoxes so I don't have to go rummaging through all my boxes (several times when I realize I forgot some things). There's also some mods that let you craft more quickly (which can be a good thing when you're crafting stacks of food and such), but I don't use them, so don't know what the names were, hah.

For extra build pieces, I'd recommend OdinArchitect. (It optionally adds a few pieces that can give you fish bait, feathers, etc., but you can turn those off in the Configuration.) It's got some great lighting options, bigger wall/floor pieces, and even some drawbridges. It requires you craft another type of hammer, and you use that hammer to craft the additional pieces. (That way, your normal build list doesn't get cluttered.)

ComfortTweaks is great for extending comfort range and has a lot of other options as well. I HAVE noticed that this mod can be a little finnicky sometimes; if you don't open the Configuration with F1, for example, some of the settings sometimes don't take effect. Still, great mod overall.

If you want to include berries and such in farming, I would say go with PlantEverything. (I don't like the idea of being able to plant stuff we're not meant to, so I haven't used it and can't vouch for it, but I have friends that swear by it.) I like MassFarming that allows you to plant a large grid with a single click, and harvest a large area by holding down CTRL while pressing E over a crop.

Saving building blueprints comes under PlanBuild, a very awesome tool that allows you to make a building and save that blueprint for use elsewhere. You can even build in one world and deploy it in another (which is what I'm actually doing at the moment). It also has some great terrain management tools, like flattening the land in a wide area for the placement of your buildings.

Some other ones you could take a lok at are:
- AdventureBackpacks for carrying around stuffs
- AutoRepair which allows you to repair everything just by interacting with a bench instead of having to click the hammer for each item
- AzuExtendedPlayerInventory which can give a dedicated row for equipment, gives quickslots, and can even extend the number of rows you have available if you configure it to do so
- BetterCarts (if you play with friends)
- BetterNetworking (if you play with friends)
- Shield_Auto_Equip
- ShowContainerContents to see what's in your chest without having to open it
- SmarterContainers to drop stuff into a nearby chest if it already contains those items
- SpeedyPaths to make paths and paved roads made with the Hoe actually useful
- TransparentSail to keep that thing from blocking your view
- TuneYourZoom if you want to be able to zoom out really far (great for sailing long distnaces)

All of these are on the Thunderstore.io site, and I recommend the "r2modman" Mod Manager to use that site to it's fullest. (It will let you one-click install and one-click update mods, and will let you easily enable/disable mod, uninstall them, create different profiles, and more).

I've probably got a few more recommendations that I'll throw in here, will have to take a look through my profiles, but this should be enough to whet your appetite for now.

All the suggestions for mods are great. I thought that I'd describe what I do for chest management (without mods). I often double stack chests (little piece of flooring in between) and above that I place two signs, one representing each chest. In between double stacks I set up a standing torch to illuminate things. Husband and I have a pretty organized area. We should call it Fort Martha Stewart :D
