Not adding 4 crafting station upgrades is not an early access excuse when the game data is already there to upgrade the items. All the items function this way, going for lvl 2 max makes literally no sense.

Could be things connected to those upgrades they haven’t added to the game yet. So they opted to not put them in. Just guessing.
