I'm beyond 700 hours in my permadeath pursuit. Most common is probably having a 'Hold my beer' moment or playing after only three hours sleep and no coffee. Occasionally I abandon a run because of a fubar'd seed, things like Trader no where to be found prior to Plains, or when I've spent too much time and resources going the wrong way so that it is easier to just restart.

Primary area of death is Swamp with Mountains being a close runner up. Of course, more than one from accidentally getting too close to Plains. My biggest battle in the permadeath challenge is with my own impatience.

The first two biomes I passed without any problems, on the marshes a couple of times I foolishly died when I did not kill the draugrs at the spawn point, but the death about a 2-star draugr. Then a couple of times I was killed by a wolf attack in the mountains. The last time I forgot to drink wine against fire when the last boss had 10-15% HP left. But this time I was ready and took him down in 7 minutes. Now I'm cultivating a herd of LOX.
