At the end My friend sent me a link for fixes and they suggested me to delete the "Iron Gate" complete folder in the locallow's appdata and then reinstall. So i did, unlucky me it only let me join the server with a new character :/ (and the worst it's when i logged out and try to join again it shows the same disconnected error).
