Source? Last I saw anything official they were working on levels e.g. easy/normal/hard, not individual settings - and that wasn't a guarantee, just what they were working on.

I've mentioned this before, it is possible to get to swamp raids without having had a raid yet. The event triggers are something like 20% chance every 46 minutes, nothing is guaranteed. Statistically the longer you play the more likely you are to have a raid, but your first raid could be eithyker rallying or the hoarde - so even on the off chance you actually notice the raven and can get to him to find out what the thing that already happened was about, that could be well after you should have learnt about it to prepare for the later harder raids.

In general Valheim is terrible at informing players. Raids is just another one of those things.
