Even if it did Parry, the enemy would get knocked so far back it would be hardly worth it.

Tower Shield knockback + Spear throw is a good combo, keeping the enemy away from you while throwing close range spears in their face. Perfect for those wolves that like to run right into you.

Can't think of much else to do with Tower shields though, other than bosses.
