Valheim is tougher solo. Not specifically difficulty, just it is a lonely place.

I played A LOT of ARK, maybe 2/3s was solo and I really enjoyed it regardless. But when I first tried Valheim last year, it struck me as something I would really rather play with someone (think I stopped 2 hours in). So I started it again a few weeks ago with a friend and its been a blast. Just killed Moder, so we are ahead of you, but youre welcome to drop in if you would like.
