For people who have run servers before it is pretty simple.

Install SteamCMD. Link is here: https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/SteamCMD#Downloading_SteamCMD

Then modify the batch file to install the server for the given game (by steam ID). The command for anon login is:

login anonymous

It seems daunting at first, but it isn't.

Oh, I run dedicated servers all the time, so I am indeed familiar with it. My comment was that it is a bit more complicated than the other person made it to be.
