Nope. If you don't plan on modding and don't have a group to play with, I'd honestly just put it on the way back burner. The devs are ridiculously slow at putting out content updates, its been a year and a half and they haven't added any of the 3 biomes they're missing (and promised), they haven't done anything to the combat, they basically threw a few skins together, tweaked the food system, added a couple building pieces and called it Hearth and Home. I really don't get it; Coffee Stain (the devs) have an amazing track record on their other games. Satisfactory is *still* getting regular content updates every few months even 3 years later, and they're HUGE every time. They def put this one on the backburner in favor of their other titles, there's just no way they can be doing such an amazing job with their old game, keeping up with their roadmap and fixing bugs within hours of them being reported, and then on their newer title they just put out lazy qol and bug fix updates and call it a day. Doesn't make sense to me unless they have given up on this game, which they havent since theyre trying to port it to xbox next year, but theyre gonna get destroyed by the community for having an unfinished game. Console gamers are not gonna wait 2 years for a content update on an unfinished game, and the backlash will be massive. So the devs are in a tight spot: theyve promised more than they can deliver and now they're under pressure to get things done before the console port, but with their "when it's done" attitude, i think the game's future isn't so bright. Just look at the difference in how theyre treating their titles; they're super transparent about the updates on Satisfactory and have a clear roadmap and goals that they almost always achieve, versus here they abandoned their roadmap and never inform the community of their update schedule or content plans. I dont think the reason for their secrecy is just to keep everything hush hush for hype sake...
