Well the only reason you want a save is in case of a crash. to desktop. That is how I lost tools that were not in my inventory when I logged on but I moved them out of the box into my inventory So when I came back from the crash I spawned back on my bed without them. The sleeping part is sort of ok but some sort of F5 save as you go would be better like the server.
