Once you get the hang of it, it can be an extremely chill experience. I kill each boss on their own worlds dedicated specifically to them so I can prepare properly and only have to deal with the starting raids until I smash the bigbad, and I build my "awesome" base on its own world where I've never killed any bosses; this way I can be sure of being able to "handle my business" even if I'm only lightly armed. It also allows me to pick and choose my adrenaline-filled sessions.

It takes a while to learn how not to "run'n'gun", but once you figure out that you should keep your belly full and almost never sprint, the game can actually be quite tranquil. Blocking/parrying and dodge-roll are critical skills, too; literally life-saving.

... and all of that being said, do be aware that you will die... over and over again.
