I like how you quoted a sentence and completely took it out of context. No it does not solve random people from coming in, that wasn't the question. It's why they don't want them their to begin with, not just because der they wanna play alone. He mentioned that the main reason is because of griefing ffs. So yah you got a public server with randoms joining u need mods to prevent bs...or ya know you can just deal with it and cry or not play public, its your choice. I said here's how that's solved mostly, and you come back like it's an expectation, lmfao ok so get bent and play by yourself. Pretty sure no one wants to play with you anyway.
