in the past was bug that loot was lowered to 1, but I heard it was fixed (applying to everything, something costed 100 to build? who cares, you get 1)

the whole "fix" thingie is totally fake, but good idea to use logic against people spreading this lie

the game only check whether *thing* was built by player or not.
if build by player = return 100% resources
if not build by player = return 33.33% resources
the HP is ignored
