Don't worry about that. If burrial chambers are in number in a area, surtling cores will come in plenty. There are often more of them in the backroom behind a spawner. The difficulty is then to loot this room without destroying the spawner, should you have an interest into not destroying this spawner (e.g. an easy spot to farm bones, because spawning rate and levels look low).
