Just add stuff and do bugfixing later, same applies to balancing etc.

That's not how game development works. Fix the bugs immediately because they can cause worse things down the line.

No thats not how game development works. While in the phase of adding content you just add content. There is no point in fixing every single bug since chances are you will get new bugs later on or even new bugs because of bugfixing. Fix gamebreaking bugs? Yes - everything else - no.

And to be honest - i have quite a few hours in this game - i had no serious bug so chances are there arent many really gamebreaking bugs.

Doing a lot of bugfixing in a game that isnt even remotely feature complete is like constantly cleaning every particle of dust on a construction site ... - it just slows down progress and doesnt make much sense at that point. Chances are they will even remove some of the code that may or may not produce bugs now.
