Wood can be picked up as sticks on the ground same as loose stones. Fallen logs and rotting stumps also produce wood and may regenerate. (I recall clearing these in places I was going to build and having to clear more again later if I didn't get work benches down).

Copper ore and iron ore are now potentially infinite though tedious to acquire. Copper ore comes as a potential bonus material from catching trollfish and iron ore from Giant herring.

Chitin and obsidian falls into the non-renewable to tedious renewable. The number of leviathans is pre-generated when the world is created as once they submerge they do not resurface BUT Chitin comes as a bonus resource from catching Coral Cod. Obsidian is extremely plentiful on a map but is non-renewable except that it can come as a bonus resource from catching Tetra. This also applies to silver and the Northern Salmon.
