Try verifying the files on steam first. If that does not work, try reinstalling the game itself.

If neither of those works, uninstall the game and delete the steam install file. You should be able to right click the game in steam and choose open file locations. If that also does not work. Lastly try removing IronGate folder from "%AppData%/LocalLow" ? thats a location of your saves and configs.

The last one worked for me. Thats the nuclear option
