Since this game is played all over the world, you probably should be looking for hosting services near you so you have the chances for better connectivity to such a server and with pricing and services that best match your wants. Since we don't know your variables, suggesting specific services for you isn't really necessarily going to help you. You just need to do your own due diligence really.
