Theres is not problem with huge storms ? About ocean level and the decay damage that can do in buildings in almost sea level

It's true with storms the sea level rises and will briefly extinguish your fires, but they come back on. Also as far as I can tell structures only take water damage from the sea when they are built into it. Waves don't seem to do damage.
