It would seem there are a couple of 2* enemies capable of damage exceeding 300-400, but those encounters are rare indeed. It might be possible to parry them in right circumstances, such as being under effects of the Forsaken powers to reduce incoming damage, and having very high HP.

What kind of enemies can deal damage in the 300-400 range? I thought even 2* berserkers have a max at 260, and 2* seeker soldiers also in that ballpark.

A pvp krom stab(special attack) is the only one I can think of, almost killed me when I was testing that with my brother.
