That's not true if you are unlucky and have a bad seed. In my very first run the next trader spawn point was literally at the other end of the world and I would have never found him if I didn't read out his location from the game files after wasting 2 real life weeks of trying to find him. It's possible that they added more spawn points after that and I never had such a bad seed again but I still find it a bit silly that there is no mention of him. Why not let Hugin or one of the runestones drop a hint?
