Alright so what I'm getting from this is I don't risk losing my items permanently by death? That's actually great news, I like being punished for my dumb mistakes but losing my items I've worked hard on feels a bit heavy. Also thank god we have that skill loss grace period, the amount of skill levels I've lost after discovering the Swamp is already in the double digits.

So far, the only real way to lose everything permanently is to go off the edge of the world some how, but even then, if you are quick enough... log out, drop gear off in another world, log back in, die, and then go get your gear when you respawn.
