Yeah, Thunderstore.io really needs to work on its filters and sorting; I'm not a huge fan of it's search feature at all.

In practice, anything that's got a "Last updated" from well before the last update of Valheim I get really cautious about. Some of them are simple enough that no updates are needed, others not so much. If you're using anything that's not been updated recently, I really highly suggest you test as thoroughly as you can before you begin "real" play with it.

Example of a simple mod that's not needed updates pretty much because it's so simple: TransparentSail . It's not been updated for two years, but works fine.
