Most mods that affect that sort of thing are an "all or nothing" deal. However, there are several that let you set the amount yourself (WackysDatabase is quite useful in that respect). Still, it would require you to manually set the resource costs for each item.

Maybe someone can point you to another mod that does what you're looking for, but if not, an alternative would be for you to just occasionally spawn things in without a mod, since you're playing solo. Like maybe, "Hey, I'm crafting stuff that'll take me 200 Finewood altogether, maybe I'll spawn in about 100 pieces."
