you don't need any structures to tame at all. just mine a pit(raise a wall)low\high enough to cover the whole boar\wolf (so they woun't see you. and throw food inside. then just sit in stealth nearby(i believe it's either 10 or 20m, so you actually do some stuff while waiting) for ~30 minutes and the animals will be tamed.
just make sure they are not aggroed on you (red (!) above their head)
