Nothing really saying they will be responsible to back up your data and even warn you about issues.

Seems to me you should have learned the lesson the first time it happened.

That said I have not done anything with them so I don't know what you read when you agreed to the service. Seems crazy they wouldn't advise you to make a back up from the start. But IDK.
