If the people can't figure out how to install mods then they should probably not be using mods in the first place.

The game is in Early Access and that means with every update your mods will likely get broken and you will need to update the server and each client will need to update their files as well.. If they don't even know how to find the files let alone update them that could cause people to just stop playing and blame the devs for breaking their games.
