yep, we did speed tests and I actually have the fastest internet of the group I play with, however, I'm the only one who cannot join. Appears to be a Steam API thing as k_EResultNoConnection means my Steam client doesn't have a connection to the back-end. Hopefully they fix this problem soon.

At least this proves it's not a internet speed issue and it's something else all together!
