Except I assume his was a rhetorical question which was already answered by G-portal previously.

G-Portal told him they were not responsible for data backups, and ensured to remind him he should do his own backup. He ignored this and then tried to play victim. So yeah, the question was dumb because it was already answered. Sorry but you're misinformed if you believe there are no stupid questions. Especially if the answer to the question was literally already given to you.
