I can see what you are saying, and I get it, I mean you are practically preaching to the choir here. I think the bulk of the problems rests in the 10 player per server cap though.

If they allowed maybe 12 or 15 players per server there might be more room for a second (or even third) leader. more devcommands for everyone! Well at least 2(or 3).


As it stands now things don't look like they are going to change for a while.
