Sure, but before that, I will wait for more patches to see where it goes so I can adapt better. Until then I'm done with this game. I feel there is something wrong with this biome.

To be fair - Valheim is hard. Brutal I would say.
On my first playthrough I died many times and I was constantly frustrated about it. I had nightmares of the swamp for weeks. As much as I was frustrated, I loved it the same way, because you get better every time you play. That was the first time a game does this a long time ago - and I'm playing video games since 1997.

Sadly - it's the best advice I can give you, it worked for our whole crew. So I have the proof that this makes the most difference if you don't want to level extra.

My girlfriend does extra leveling btw. - she reached very high skill with battle axe because she trained 1-2 days on a grey dwarves spawner. Even blocking was very high ~50 I think. So it's possible and less of a time invest as you think.

But I don't give this advice personally, because I also find it boring too.

I think no one will reach high skill levels on their first playthrough. So don't get mad about it. Take my other tips for the Mistlands enemys and you will be fine most of the time in Mistlands, even you have not the highest skill levels.
