This has happend to me once.
And I have a theory that tamed boar might have somekind of limit of breeding.

Since I named the 2 first one I caught and always kept these 2 for breeding new ones, suddenly one day they just started to freak out and did not stop.

After a week or so I finally gave up on them since their screaming got on my nerve.
