Swamp key is non renewable since withered bones are non renewable - though very plentiful.

I believe hard antler is renewable unless you can't summon a boss from the same location more than once. Haven't tried it.

Resin and and ancient seeds are renewable as far as I can tell.

Swamp key is from the Elder not Bonemass, so the wishbone is finite.

Also, has it been definitely proven that tin respawns?
