The Dvergr are neutral unless/until you hit them, their friends, or their structures. The link I gave you was for "aggressive" creatures, so they're not on it. Sorry.

... and if you're just looking to loot the crate, smash it with a cart - if it's not you that damages a Dvergr structure, they don't aggro.
