I personally don't agree with the idea of buying a game or saying it's good because of mods.

The majority of games with robust mod support are good games on their own right, but become enhanced with mods.
Skyrim, Fallout, Darkest Dungeon.

The truth of the matter is Valheim's base game lacks content, modding shouldn't be the reason you buy a game
