i disagree Troll armour is way over kill. if you gonna tank its attacks i would recommend leather armour and a shield.

My point was that the OP could have done these things or other things to mitigate being 2-hitted by the first boss. They were suggestions that there are more options than being naked. There was nothing to agree or disagree about. The OP could go in naked with a crude axe and leather helmet for all I care. ;)

Basically, the first boss shouldn't be difficult.
